Shipping & Delivery

We use UPS Mail Innovations and UPS Worldwide for our shipments. UPS Mail Innovations may transition to USPS for final delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping:

Basic Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days.

Note: Delivery times do not include order processing. We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days, though this may vary due to order volume or during sales/holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify it. Please ensure the items, shipping, and billing information are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Missing Orders: We are unable to reship or refund orders marked as delivered. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
